On 30 August 2013, CreativeMornings Utrecht will host its 17th creative lecture at “In De Ruimte” (Oudegracht 230A), opening at 08:30 (AM). Presented by Anneloes van Gaalen, her talk centers on this month’s global theme: Urbanism. As a published author, editor, curator and producer (among many other creative pursuits), Van Gaalen has continuously immersed herself in the realms of art, fashion, new media and branding. Her recent publication, Indie Brands (BIS Publishers) chronicles 30 inspiring independent brands, their tantalizing products and the creative minds behind them. Due to their inherent nature, these brands are changing the way we do business, combining community-building and social involvement with modern entrepreneurial savvy. ✌
