The International Correspondent Opens the Amsterdam Stock Exchange

The International Correspondent

In celebration of the magazine’s first year anniversary and the launch of their latest, special edition on investment, The International Correspondent had the honor of opening today’s trading at the Amsterdam Stock Exchange NYSE Euronext.

Publisher and editor-in-chief Floris Müller sounded the ceremonial gong alongside the magazine’s chief editors and contributors — a milestone for both the magazine and the Beurs itself. Notably, this is the first time in its 100-year history that trading has been opened by members of the Press.

According to Müller, “The opening of the Amsterdam Stock Exchange is a great honor. Every business magazine should have this opportunity.”

The July 2012 issue of The International Correspondent is available now.
